Specifically during this outbreak, Aware360 has introduced new functionality in the SafeyAware solution to help organization by providing Real Time COVID-19 Risk Assessments, Geo Location-Based Tracing and Location-Based Messaging.
Real Time COVID-19 Risk Assessments
Employers are responsible to ensure their working environment is safe for all employees. Coronavirus risk assessments are a useful tool to assess workers before they entire the workplace, ensuring anyone who is at a higher risk for the virus does not infect others. Leverage the SafetyAware app to screen workers with a COVID-19 risk assessment questionnaire in real time to prevent more spread of the virus, maintain a digital record of assessments (optional) and give employees peace of mind that they're entering a safe workplace.
Geo Location-Based Tracing
It's critical to know who was working on your job site in-case someone tests positive for COVID-19. Simply use this SafetyAware feature allows for employers to identify who was at specific sites and who may have been exposed by automatically logging workers who enter and leave a specific location using geofences. If a worker is to test positive for the virus, you can access a log of who was in the same location on the date(s) in question. This can be analyzed by your organization and / or public health officials to determine who else may need to be tested or isolated.
Location-Based Messaging
The SafetyAware solution can be used to view workers in specific locations and send messages to them through the app by text message. This feature can be used to update workers on current workplace conditions, provide reminders to social distance and wash hands, and communicate rapidly in urgent situations. Leveraging this feature increases the speed to communicate critical messages to workers, increasing safety for all.
